Intensive Recovery Retreat
With Josje van Bogaert and Mike Mol
December 11 - 14, 2026
The Intensive Recovery Retreat is a 3-night, 4-day small-group experience designed to help you step away from screens, routines and constant stimulation and create space to reset physically and mentally.
Over the course of the retreat, you will take part in a carefully balanced programme of breathwork, cold exposure, movement, meditation, sound healing, recovery practices, time in nature and shared meals. Active challenges are combined with periods of rest and reflection, giving your body and mind time to settle and process the experience.
There is no focus on performance or competition. You are encouraged to challenge yourself where it feels useful, while always working at your own level.
The retreat is guided by experienced professionals who create a supportive and relaxed environment throughout the weekend. You will also have time to enjoy the surroundings, connect with the group and make use of the wellness facilities at Japandi Lounge.
The aim is not simply to give you a break from everyday life, but to introduce practical techniques and experiences that you can take home with you and continue using afterwards.
Duration: 3 nights / 4 days
Group size: Maximum 10 participants
Location: Japandi Lounge, Noord-Brabant, Netherlands
Experience required: None
